Abstract

Drawing from ideas of human geography and “being-in-the-world”, this work explores thesynergy of body and space to reveal possibilities within the context of spatial design forperformance. Through a phenomenological approach, the aim of this research is to discoverhow site-specific movement practices might inform other discussions related to the creativeprocesses behind stage design.
